高田馬場駅から徒歩4分くらいの所にあります。
カウンター席がメインですので２人位までの訪問がオススメです。店内は明るめの色合いの内装です。
旨辛味噌ラーメンDX(¥1300)(辛さ:鷹の爪)をオーダーしました。
麺は中細麺で少し縮れています。少し芯があり、噛むと小麦の風味がしてきます。
スープは動物系の白濁スープにラー油がたっぷりとかかったものがベースです。スープ次第は鶏の風味を感じますがさらりとしていて、トッピングに肉味噌や唐揚げあるので担々麺の様なニュアンスを感じるラーメンです。(卓上調味料の胡麻を入れるとまさにそうかもです。)
辛さはラー油と唐辛子パウダーの辛さですが、程よい辛さで痛みはほとんどありませんでした。食欲が進む程度のからはで美味しく頂けました。
ボリュームたっぷりなラーメンですが、好みに合わせて麺や野菜量も調整可能なのでお腹量に自信のない方でも行けるお店です。
