日曜日の昼。ちょっと遅めですが、我々でちょうど満席になりました。
ボリュームがすごいですが、せっかくなので人気ナンバーワンを。
数分で着丼。
唐揚げ１枚のボリュームがすごいですね。
まずはスープ。
旨辛！このスープは美味いです。辛味に弱いのでいつも旨味を味わいきれないんですが、何か旨味が良い感じです。いや、辛味に弱いのでうまく表現できる舌はないのですが。
次に麺。
辛味噌系に中太縮れ麺ですよね。めちゃくちゃ馴染みます。重いのにズルズルいけます。
そしてトッピング。
唐揚げ、肉味噌、もやし。そしてにんにく。やはりこのらーめんにはもやしと挽き肉ですよね。スープと麺とトッピングってある程度マリアージュが決定的なのって何でなんでしょう。
とにかく美味かったです。旨味をしっかり味わうことができたと思えるラーメンでした。
