Ankake DX 1300 yen I remember eating both sides a long time ago, but I don't think it was here. I entered the restaurant thinking this. I bought a ticket at the ticket machine at the entrance. At this time, you can choose the amount of noodles, spiciness, etc. by operating the touch panel of the ticket machine. There were no customers at the time, so I was able to choose carefully. The touch panel will decide whether the next customer is there or not. I successfully ordered and sat down at the counter and handed my ticket. In front of me was a mountain of fried chicken. I was looking forward to it. Ramen has a great appearance. I saw that it was like a Jiro-style ankake ramen in the Tabelog reviews, but I wonder. The fried chicken was piping hot and crunchy. I wanted to eat it before it sank and became soft, but I thought I had to dig up the noodles first, but the bean sprouts got in the way. I couldn't see the noodles because of the fried chicken and bean sprouts. When I dug them up, the noodles were firm. Ah, it's delicious. I ate it with gusto. Is the taste a little thin? Or rather, a little less rich? But if it was really Jiro, I don't think I would be able to finish it, so maybe it was fine to make it this thin? It was easy to eat despite its appearance. The soup itself doesn't have much punch, but considering the volume of the fried chicken, the mountain of bean sprouts, and the fried eggplant, it was well balanced.
