高田馬場駅に改札2つあるのご存知でしょうか？
ロータリー側の賑やかな改札とは別に
ホームの端に戸山口という改札があるのです。
その改札出て右、道一本入ったところにある
こじんまりとした知る人ぞ知るお店。
カウンター席のみでお一人で切り盛りされてました。
ちょこっとつまむのに良さそうだなと思い
ふらっと入ったもののご飯が美味しくてびっくり✨
イタリアで修行されてたと聞き納得。
茄子と〆さばは合うのかなぁと思いつつ
気になって注文してみたけれど美味！！
茗荷とバジルの味付けも絶妙で
ピンクペッパーも良いアクセント◎
また機会があったら再訪したいです
