こちらのお店は純連の跡地に
2014年10月にオープン
純連の従業員の方の独立開店という形なのかな？
平日19:30頃 店内は余裕あり
●みそ(950円)
スープは動物系ベースの濃厚味噌で
表面のラードの層により熱々をキープ
麺は札幌味噌と相性抜群のツルシコ中細縮れ麺
トッピングはチャーシュー、角切りチャーシュー、
鍋で炒めたモヤシ、玉ねぎ、挽肉、
メンマ、ネギ、生姜等
メンマは結構塩気が強め
美味しく完食です
正油や塩も試してみたいし
今回は夜の訪問だったけど
ランチチャーハン(150円)も気になるところ
また来ます〜
