JR山手線高田馬場駅早稲田口より徒歩5分程の場所にあるこのお店を訪麺。
1330の到着で待ちはなし。先客8、後客6。
店内はカウンター13席で仕切りはなし。
今回は味噌ラーメン900円を券売機で購入。
店員は、2名での切り盛り。
5分程で着丼。
スープは、表面にラードで覆われた熱々の味噌味でうまい。
麺は、中太縮れ麺で固さがちょうど良い塩梅で、スープとの絡みもよくてうまい。
トッピングは、細切れチャーシュー、メンマ、もやし、玉ねぎ、ネギ。
最後まで熱々の一杯を堪能できた。
