同場所にあった「純連 東京店」の後継店舗です。 |
ずいぶん昔、当時は早稲田、高田馬場辺りでよく飲み歩いていた時、純連というラーメン屋さんの醤油ラーメンを食べて衝撃を受けた事を思い出しました
すみれ、純連と言えば、味噌が有名ですが、私はスープがラードでぴっちり覆われた、濃口醤油＆超熱の醤油がとても好きで、何度も通ってました。
久しぶりに高田馬場で所用があり、晩飯どうしよかな？なんて考えていた時にふと、そうだ純連…と思いつき、お店に向かうと、そこは羅偉伝という名前のラーメン屋さんに変わってました。
ネット検索で、純連元店長さんが…という記事を見つけ、入店、醤油ラーメンをオーダー。
うん、コレコレ
これが食べたかった…と口の中を火傷しつつ、久しぶりの熱々醤油ラーメンを堪能しました。
