開店時は神田川沿いでチラシ配ってられ
何時か行こうと思ってましたが
昼の行列や
夜のお一人様の
入り辛さもあり
ご縁がなく、なかなか行けませんでしたが
ちょいと仕入れ過ぎられたとの由
LINEで情報が入り
予約して早速買いに行き
パン粉まで振ったやつ
店内にわ2015Rugby World Cupのユニフォームが飾られ
オーナーさんがエディさんと繋がりあると
ほぅ
で、自宅で略焼き上げちっくに
美味い
正直、あっしアジフライ
然程好きでなく
血合や皮目の臭み全く無く
下準備しっかりされてんだなぁと
また松浦のアジも流石かと
店内で食べたら
もっと美味いんでしょうねぇ
近々行きたいもので
