久しぶりに燻製料理を食べたくて、お友達のおすすめのこちらに伺いました♡
高田馬場駅から大きめの通りを真っ直ぐ行くと着くので迷子になりがちな私でも迷わず辿り着けました。
店内は緑があって、カジュアルな雰囲気♩テーブル席の他にもカウンターもあって一人でふらっと寄れる感じ。
●お通し
ナッツと燻製チーズ
燻製されたチーズが美味しくておつまみにぴったり‼︎
●けむり特製サラダ
燻製されたチーズや玉子など盛り沢山な具材。
ボリュームもたっぷりでシェアしても十分な量がありました。
●燻製うずらの卵
しっかりと味がついたうずらの卵。スモーキーな香りがたまりません♡うずらの卵なのでサイズも一口サイズで食べやすい。
●ポテトフライ バターチーズ
あったら食べたいポテトフライ。ロール状にポテトがカットされています。熱々の状態のポテトにたっぷりのバターチーズがかかっているので、そのままで美味しくいただけました。お好みでケチャップの用意もあります。
●自家製ローストビーフの瞬間燻製
その場で、燻製させて完成。一瞬でスモーキーな香りが広がります。出来立てなのでより燻製感が強く味わえます。ローストビーフ自体が美味しくて、それを燻製させたらより味わい深く感じました。
●燻製チーズグラタン
チーズたっぷりのグラタン。熱々で美味しい♡
●柑橘シャーベット
食後はさっぱりとした柚子シャーベット。
燻製のお料理が充実しているので、燻製料理好きな方にはオススメだと思います。ご馳走さまでした♡
