初めての訪問。
一通り食べてみたかったので、ロッジコースに。
岩塩で食べる生ラム肩ロースに衝撃。
ラム肉の香り、味わいは今まで食べてきた“羊肉”とは別物だったから。
濃いタレでごまかす必要のない肉質、すばらしかった。
生ラムウデロースはタレがオススメとのことで、タレで頂く。
また、衝撃。タレって油でギトギト、薬味プンプン、塩辛いのがスタンダードだと思っていたけれど、こちらのはあっさり、香りよし、塩分控えめなのに物足りなくない。上質なラム肉を最大限に味わえるタレ。しゃぶしゃぶも、同じタレでいただきました。
肉を焼きつつも、しゃぶしゃぶ鍋に入ってる野菜(おかわり自由)をつまめるので口は常にさっぱり。
コース最初のリエットから、〆のラーメンまで、文句なし。塩分がきちんとコントロールされているのも、非常に良い。
お店のお兄さん、お姉さん、お料理してたお兄さん。皆さんの接客、気配りもちょうどよく心地よい。
お酒もあれこれ頼んでみたくなる楽しさいっぱいのメニューでした。私はクミンハイボールを。こんな飲み方あったのね。
素材も調理も接客も、しっかり考えられているなと感じられる、素晴らしいお店でした。
この満足感を知ってしまったから、もう、他ではラム肉は食べません。
