5月8日(月)12:00訪問。
大型連休明け、気合注入のためランチ焼肉してきました。
お一人様ランチには有難い焼肉ライク。
今回はランチのWカルビセット(バラカルビ・匠カルビ）150gに単品牛ホルモン50g×2で1,490円。肉の量は合わせて250gです。
セットにはご飯、スープ、キムチがつきます。
また、ちょうど今日から5月28日までセット注文の場合には終日ごはん・キムチ・スープがおかわり自由。ご飯は夢の「まんが盛り」にもできるので、早速まんが盛りにしてもらい満腹に。
卓上の味付けアイテムは、生醤油ダレ(濃厚)・生醤油ダレ(淡麗)・味噌ダレ・コチュジャン・にんにくおろし・レモン汁の6種類。
肝心の肉は薄切りのバラカルビは脂がのっていてご飯によく合い、ブロック状の匠カルビはまるでステーキを食べているようなリッチな気分に浸れ、牛ホルモンは臭みもなく安定の柔らかさ。この組み合わせ、大成功でした。
リーズナブルに好きな肉を好きなだけ食べられる至福のランチとなりました。
ロースターの火力がとても強いので、服への引火には気を付けましょう。
