飲むロースはとても美味しいです
店員さんのおっしゃる様に
①塊で焼く ②お好みの焼き加減で食べる ③内側の火の通りきらない所はユッケの様な味わい
と言うのは本当で美味しく頂けました
他にはお勧めのシンシンや定番のカルビ、上タン塩など頂きました
シンシンは店員さんのお勧め通り、さっと焼きで頂きました
連れもみんな満足でした
そしてこの日の一番は千枚サシでした
柔らかい、臭みない
酢味噌味のチョジャンはお酢が効いた味で、これはこれでイケてました
ミノやタンなどはもう少しクオリティが高ければ申し分ないと思いました
お店の雰囲気も店員さんの接客も良いと思うのですが、希少部位や高級なブランド肉はともかく、もう少しお肉のお値段がお手頃価格だったら評価高いのでは…と思いました
例えばタン、もう少しクオリティ上げるか、量が多いか…
