東京都新宿区高田馬場の『神戸焼肉 金虎で「神戸牛スタンダード焼肉コース」を食す。

駅から徒歩7分ほどの場所に構える。
2021年8月1日オープンの神戸牛一頭買いをウリとする神戸牛焼肉専門店。
注文したのは、全13品からなる「神戸牛スタンダード焼肉コース(￥10,000(税込))」。

■総じて
店内は広くもなく、狭くもなくといった感じ。
店員さんも淡々と接客をこなしながらも悪くない感じ。
今回いただいたコースメニューは神戸牛焼肉は悪くないものの、それ以上に“神戸牛出汁すだち冷麵”が印象に残った。
つるつるもちもちの冷麺に神戸牛出汁がばっちりとマッチしていてこれこそまさに必食メニュー！
ちなみに器には伊万里焼を使用していたりとこだわっているところはこだわっている様子。
なものの、ここぞ！と言う時ではなく普段使いとして使用するには悪くない焼肉屋さんだぁね。
