ミャンマー料理天国高田馬場にまた新しいミャンマー料理店が誕生しました。
Baba Feel 焼鴨。この鴨は家鴨の鴨で、アヒルの丸焼きが名物のミャンマー料理居酒屋です。
ミャンマーカレーを食べようと入ってメニューを見てみると、ヒンもシーピャンもなく、やってしまったかと思いながらもダメ元で「ウェッターヒンはありますか？」と聞くと、「アリマス」と。良かった。
ライスも付くということで、ラペットゥも合わせて注文。
少したって店員さん「ウェッターヒン、今日は無いです。アメンダーヒン、セッターヒン、アリマス。」と。
ならばセッターヒンにしましょうか。
というわけで待っている間改めて調べてみると、食べログのメニューにはセイダーヒンという形でそれがありました。
ランチメニューなのかもしれませんね。
セッターとかセイダーとかの間くらいの発音です。
そんなわけでセッターヒン改めセイダーヒン。
濃厚なマトンカレーです。
セミドライでご飯にかけて食べるとご飯のバランスが多くなってしまうのですが、濃厚故に少量でもご飯が進みます。
味付けも比較的濃いめ。
ラペットゥもパンチある味付けでサラダとしてもおつまみとしても良いですし、ヒンの副菜として一緒に合わせてみると実に美味しくて、この組み合わせはおすすめです。
こちらのお店のメインは焼き物のようなので、また行ってそれも食べてみたいなと思いました。
