Takadanobaba has a lot of authentic Chinese food. This is also a restaurant that you can tell at a glance from the sign outside that it's a serious Chinese restaurant. It is on the 5th floor of a building located about 1 minute walk from Takadanobaba Station. I'm going up the elevator. When I entered the store before 12:30, there were about 10 customers in front of me and 7 or 8 customers in the back. The interior of the store is modern and has a clean feel. Order via touch panel. I feel like it's becoming a familiar place at Takadanobaba's authentic Chinese restaurant. The special feature of this menu is the bamboo tube rice. I don't see it much elsewhere. It looks like a bamboo tube filled with rice and topped with toppings, so the easiest way to understand it is to think of the bowl as a bamboo tube. There are 5 types of bamboo tube rice, and I chose the first one that is displayed, bamboo tube meat fried rice. Apparently they use dried meat. Then I decided on the pickled fish, which is the name of the restaurant. This is not rice, but noodles. All-you-can-eat side dishes are self-serve, and on this day they were pork ears, pickled radish, marinated kelp, and boiled egg. The main dish is served in about 10 minutes. ＊＊＊ Stir-fried pork and vegetables on bamboo tube. I don't know much about dried meat, but the meat has a good flavor. Although the seasoning is not particularly unique, it is extremely spicy. It's incredibly painful. Spicy is delicious. Sour fish Soup with sour pickles. The white fish is flaky and delicious. This is also painful. The rice line has a commercial feel. The side dishes are of good quality and very satisfying. (January 2024)
