The other day, I visited popular yakitori bar Saidori with a friend. As the name of the restaurant suggests, the specialty here is yakitori. Each part of the chicken is carefully grilled and each part has a different flavor. In particular, the thigh meat, which had a charcoal aroma, highlighted the juiciness of the chicken. The sauce that comes with it is also exquisite. The sourness and sweetness are just right and bring out the flavor of the meat. Also, the inside of the store is full of energy, and you will be impressed by the skill of the craftsmen. The prices are reasonable, and if you like yakitori, you should definitely visit this restaurant. We look forward to visiting again.
