It's been a long time since I've gotten together with a friend I've known for 20 years and am currently indebted to as a senior in the IT field. There was a business meeting after that, so I visited Mr. Ayadori of a yakitori restaurant that seemed to be good at the 0th party. I ordered a random skewer at random. ▼ Yakitori ・ Akasori Res I ordered it because it was a rare part and I liked it, and the outside was crispy and grilled, and the inside was overflowing with plump and juicy gravy, and the meat was chewy and elastic and had a strong flavor. Is this 200 yen, as expected? ・ Sasami wasabi The amount of heat was not rare, but it was plump with the heat that reached the center of the sun, and one slice was large and satisfying. The wasabi was kneaded wasabi and quite spicy. ・ Lever is outstanding. I ordered two from the beginning and got it right. The inside is moist and rare, and the outside is baked over high heat. It's the intensity of the taste of the liver. I think it's perfect for those who like rich types rather than those who like refreshing types. It was hard to get the salt and sauce on. ・ Hatsumoto It was juicy when baked with a lot of fat, and it dripped so much that it seemed difficult not to burn. The crunchy texture was also alive and luxurious. ・ Tsukune (Tsukimi) Tsukune was said to have the face of the store, but I didn't feel much of a feature because it was quite standard. When it was 80% filled at about 20 o'clock, it seemed to be mokumo, so that may be the only thing you are concerned about. Since it is a steep staircase, it seems to be troublesome to set up a smoking area outside.
