Hormone Miyami is located in Nishi-Waseda along Waseda Street. It is close to Nishi-Waseda Station and the Babaguchi intersection on Meiji-dori, and is just a 10-minute walk from both Takadanobaba Station and Waseda Station. First visit after 12:00 on a weekday. This is where Osaka Osho's Nishi-Waseda store used to be. Inside the restaurant, there are three two-person tables on the right, and three rows of long tables on the left, which can seat 20 people. The customers are mostly office workers and many solo customers. The lunch menu includes beef short ribs, beef skirt steak, three kinds of beef offal, and a limited quantity of lamb shoulder loin. The cheapest 100g of beef short ribs starts at 1,100 yen. I thought 100g might not be enough, so I decided to use 200g this time.・Beef Kalbi Lunch (200g) 1,540 yen Comes with a set of shichirin, bean sprouts, seaweed soup with lots of seaweed, and free refills of rice, and 10 minutes after ordering, the ribs are served on a silver plate. It has been sliced thickly and is ready to be grilled. Because the seven wheels are placed under the ventilation duct, there is no smoky odor, and the fire cooks evenly. Try it once it's baked. As you can see, it has a little bit of fat, and the texture makes you feel like you're actually eating meat. The sauce isn't too sweet, so you can eat it all by bouncing it on the rice. After all, 100g was not enough, so 200g was the correct answer. It would be better if there was 150g in between. After getting a second helping of rice and feeling full, I headed home, and I could use PayPay to pay. I'll come back if I want to grill meat for lunch.
