1999年創業の都内で徳島ラーメンを頂ける
数少ないお店です。
徳島ラーメンは徳島市内でラーメン東大の
訪問以来約10年ぶりです。
平日の13時ごろ到着のところ待ち人無し。
すんなり入店できました。
肉玉中華そば（並）1,180円とライス 100円を注文。
10分弱で提供されました。
①まずは肉と一緒に！
・バラ肉を「めし」にワンバウンドして
ひたすら食らう。
・スープの絡んだバラ肉と「めし」の相性は
もはや不要！間違いなく美味しいです。
②次は麺と一緒に！
・豚骨スープと徳島ラーメン特有甘めの醤油味を
絡めた麺。炭水化物と炭水化物でもはや
どっちが主食かわからん。
やや低加水のストレート麺はスープとよく絡んで
旨いです。
・余裕があればこちらで「めし」をお代わり。
③〆はスープを入れて！
・最後は余ったスープが無くなるまでおじやで喰らう。
・たまごと一緒に掻き込むのが徳島ラーメンの醍醐味。
