都内でも数少ない本場徳島ラーメンの食べられるお店です。
ちなみに店名の由来は徳島県美馬市にあるうだつ＊の街並みによるのだとか。
＊〔卯〕の文字に見立てた屋根の装飾で、設置が高額だった事から装飾品的意味合いが強い。慣用句“うだつの上がらない”の由来。
券売機でこちらを注文。

卵は生か半熟を選べるので生卵を。あと、無料トッピングのおろしニンニクを。
〔スープ〕
店内の説明には「豚骨スープに甘めの醤油」とあります。茶褐色の見た目もあり、いかにもこってり濃厚で甘辛い（ついでに塩分濃度も高め）と思いきや意外にさっぱりしてる。とろみのあるスープはちょっと甘めだけどクドくない。味噌汁とまで言わないけど、朝からでも飲めそうな感じ。

加水率普通の中細ストレート。
〔トッピング〕
豚バラ肉、豚叉焼、生卵、メンマ、刻み海苔、刻み葱、モヤシ。豚バラ肉と豚叉焼はどちらも甘辛く煮付けてあります。
やはり生卵が入るとぐっと徳島ラーメンっぽい感じがします。後半はすき焼き風に麺を生卵にからめて啜ると円やかで美味しかったです。
