癖のない豚骨に醤油タレの甘さが効いた甘く優しいスープ
後味に鶏や豚のガラからくる骨っぽさのようなものも感じられる

麺量は同一価格で並と大から選択可能
丸い断面の中細麺はもちっとした食感でマイルドなスープに寄り添った味わい
メンマは柔らかく、もやしはシャキッとした食感が強め
濃いめに甘辛く味付けされた豚バラ肉は1枚が大きく、麺やライスを巻いて食べやすい
トッピングでつけた生卵は丼に直接入れられて提供
すだち酢、胡椒、ラー油、にんにくといった卓上調味料はお願いをして持ってきてもらう方式
後半にすだち酢を入れるとフルーティーな酸味が爽やかで、スープの印象がガラッと変わった
