前日の美膳房であまりしっくりとこない刀削麺を食べたので
リベンジでまたもや中国料理。
この日チョイスした中国料理店は、こちらの香港居酒屋。
1階に25席、2階に55席ある大箱中国料理店で、シェフは
約20年前に香港から来日し、早稲田大学で国際ビジネスを学んだ後、
こちらのお店をオープンしたそうです。
お店の外には、ヒルナンデスで紹介された案内が貼ってあったので
見てみたのですが、紹介されたエビチリ丼にいまいち興味が沸かず、
五目焼きそば（700円）と春巻きセット（200円）と決めて店内へ。
座ってすぐにオーダー。
店内にはお客さんがいましたが、さほど待たずに
五目焼きそばとスープ、杏仁豆腐が出てきました。
春巻きは揚げているのか、少しお待ちくださいと言われ、
五目焼きそばを食べている時に出てきました。
まずは五目焼きそばを食べてみると
麺はお箸で持ち上げると、ブチブチと簡単に切れちゃう麺。
ハッキリ言って、食べにくいです(>_<)
五目餡は、豚肉、烏賊、白菜、人参、木耳など入っていますが
麺の量と比べると、餡が若干少な目。
味付けは濃すぎず薄すぎずで丁度良かったです。
後から出てきた春巻きは卓上にあったお醤油とからしをつけて食べました。
揚げ立てで春巻きの衣のサクっと感が良かったです。
お醤油は中国のお醤油のようで、甘くて濃い味でした。
スープはワカメと卵を片栗粉でまとめたスープ、
杏仁豆腐は缶詰でした。
どうしても神田の中国料理と比べてしまうので、
私からすると、味、ボリュームから考えて
少し高い印象の残るランチでした。
やっぱり、ここはワンコイン価格（税抜き）の
丼で勝負するべきだったか・・・。
コロナに負けず、これからも頑張って下さい。
