早稲田通りを神楽坂方面、『宗参寺』近隣にある「中華料理 和(かず)」。
今回は“レバー旨煮丼”の大盛と“餃子”3コ入を発注した。
トロトロの餡掛けにはプルプルの【レバー】が入り、ご飯との相性は抜群である。
丼には“中華スープ”が付いているのだが、此方の“中華スープ”は少々薄口であり、パンチが効いたスープを期待していただけに悔やまれる。
“餃子”はカリカリの表面で凄くムッチリしており、キャベツの歯応えと同時にニンニクの香ばしさが堪らなく、町中華の“餃子”の基本型である。
また、今回は3コ入を発注したのだが、6コ入でも390円と低価格な設定となっており、テイクアウトしたくなる“餃子”であった。
