ビュッフェプランでの利用でした。
テーブルに料理がならんで、飲み物もグラスに注いだ状態のものが並ぶというシステムです。
料理は普通。久しぶりの集いだったので食べるよりもおしゃべりという感じだったので、けっこうあまってしまったので量もたっぷりありました。
問題は飲み物で、フリーフロープランだったのですがスタッフさんが忙しいのか、たまにお部屋にくるくらいなので途中でたりなくなっていました。でもスタッフさんをわざわざよびに行くのも気がひけて、後半は空いたグラスを手にちらちらとテーブルを見る状態でした。
これだったらワインのボトルを何本かおいていってくれるほうがいいかも（または１本あいたら次のあける、でも）。あまり飲ませたくないのかな？と思ってしまいましたが、料理のボリュームを考えるとけちけちしているお店でもなさそうなので、本当に忙しくて手がまわらなかったのだと思いますが。
お酒すきな人たちだったのでフリーフロープランにしたぶん、残念な印象がのこりました。
