本当は恐ろしいグリム童話…いや、こちらのグリムは、全く恐ろしくありません。
お店は少し長めの階段を降りた地下2階にあるので、地上から店内の様子は分かりませんが。
入ってみると、木を基調とした、少し温かみを感じる店内でした。
女性店員さんに、最も奥のテーブル席に案内されました。
ランチは安いもので690円から揃っています。お願いしたのはランチステーキ990円でした。
女性店員さん、「ランステ～」と、厨房内の男性店員さんに伝達。
こちらの席は、その厨房の目の前です。調理と配膳の様子がよく見えます。野菜の載った鉄板を加熱し、並行して肉を焼き、その肉を鉄板に移し、男性店員さんがばらけた肉を手でちょいちょいと修正しているところまで見えたりしました。
先行してスープとサラダが運ばれてきました。スープが少しぬるかったかな。
更に鉄板を加熱し、ソースがぐつぐつ泡立った状態で、ランステ～がライスと共に到着しました。
ステーキという名ですが、ナイフも要らない位に細かく刻まれています。フォークだけで口に運びます。
うん、これは顎の筋肉の鍛錬になります。まあ、原宿でこのお値段ですからね。ライスとスープはお替り可能です。
