2月中旬、十数年振りに原宿に訪れました。
相変わらず竹下通りは物凄い人で少し離れた場所で食事をしようと検索していたらハンバーガーが目に入りこちらのお店に伺いました。
メニューが豊富で迷いましたが、好みのアボカドチーズに惹かれて、贅沢極厚ビーフアボカドチーズを注文。
注文方法は席でメニューを見て、レジに行き精算、番号を渡されるので呼ばれたら自分で取りに行くというフードコートのようなスタイル。
ハンバーガーは元々大好きで都内や地方の色々なハンバーガー専門店に行ったことがあるので、こちらも値段が高いだけできっと他店とそんなに変わらないだろうと考えていました。
ところが、食べてびっくり‼︎
パティがめちゃくちゃ美味い！
とっても肉肉しくてジューシー、さらに表面がカリッとする焼き加減で歯応えもいい。
ハンバーガーなのに、肉を食べてるって感じがダイレクトに伝わり食べ応え半端ない。
バンズや他の具材も食感のバランスが取れていてとっても優秀。にも関わらず圧倒的な肉の存在感。
美味すぎました。
完全に舐めてました笑
あまりの美味しさに結構なボリュームのこちらをあっという間に完食してしまいました。
食べた後の幸福感やばかった。
すごい店を見つけてしまった笑
でも極厚ビーフだからこの肉の旨味ってのはあるかもしれません。
レギュラーのハンバーガーのパティはどうなのか気になりました。
パンケーキも美味しそうだし、ハワイアンな気分に浸れる、また是非来たいと思える素晴らしいハンバーガー屋さん。
チェーン店で他にもいくつか店舗があるようなので、気になった方は是非、極厚ビーフのハンバーガーで肉を喰らって欲しいです。
