渋谷の喧噪を離れて数分、小さな看板を見つけて4Fへ。
ガラスが多く、地下のバーにはない「開放感」を最初に感じました。
その後、店内に目を向けるとステキな家具と穏和なマスターが目に入ります。
たったそれだけでも居心地の良さそうな空間を予感させます。
そして、カウンターに座ってみると驚きました！
あまりにも座り心地がいい椅子です。
尋ねてみると19世紀のアンティークらしく、スプリングが入った何とも座り心地の良い椅子です！
特に木の質感がよいかった（思わず長居してしまいそうな椅子ですよ）
緑の表紙のメニューを見せていただきましたが、
ほとんどの飲み物に写真入りの解説が書いてあり詳細なデータが載っていました。
載せきれないお酒も沢山あるそうです。
こういうお酒の充実したお店では、やはりメニューに頼らずバーテンダーさんと話し合って飲み物を決めたいものです。
メニューを見て知っているお酒をオーダーしても発見がないし、知らないお酒を頼んで好みと合わないのも嫌ですしね。
自分の好みを伝えると、シングルコニャックの「ポール・ジロー キュベ･スペシャル1976」という作り手のコニャックをオススメいただきました。
この銘柄は初めて飲みましたが、コニャックってすごい！と思いました。
シングルコニャックは、ウイスキーで言えばシングルモルトに当たるもので、
コニャックって知られていないだけですばらしい作り手がかなりいるそうです。
いろいろ飲み比べてみたい！
この日は他に3種類ほど飲みました。
ちなみに、コニャックって高いってイメージの人多いと思うのですが、
シングルモルトなどを飲み慣れた人なら、お手頃感があってびっくりすると思います。少なくとも僕は驚きました。
だって、30年〜40年熟成したお酒が1000円台ってすごいと思う。
（メニュー構成も1杯1000円台が中心でオーダーしやすいですよ）
フードは、バーなのでおつまみ程度なのですが、
それぞれ美味しかったです。
生ハム、はスペインのベジョータ！
チョコレート、ピエール・マルコリーニを初め数種類（今まで食べたことのない味がします）
などなど、お酒と相性の良いものが多数。
ちなみに、それらが提供されるグラスや食器にもこだわりを感じることができますので、こちらも一見の価値ありです。
最後に、コニャックは、農家の方が丹誠込めて作ったブドウを、蒸留によって凝縮し、さらに熟成という時間をかけて作られる。
というような言葉を聞いて、さらにコニャックへの興味が沸きました！
こちらは、味覚以外の様々な面でも充実したものを提供していただけるステキなお店です。
