コニャック協会のコアメンバーで、
一級建築士であるオーナーさんが、
2009年11月にオープンされた、
小さなバーです。
渋谷消防署の隣のビルで、
エレベーターで上がると、
レヴィさんのラベルに似せた看板が出迎えてくれます。
看板の絵はオーナーさんが描かれたそうです。
店内は少し証明を落とした落ち着いた雰囲気で、
さりげなく古い家具が置かれ、
何時間座っても疲れない椅子と、
アンティークの大きな机が置かれています。
奥にある書斎のような場所には、
奥様が飾られると言う情報発信のコーナーがあったりと、
端々にオーナーさんの細かい所に対する気配りと、
こだわりが見えます。
お酒はコニャックを中心に、
イタリアワインやシングルモルト、
ビール等も常備されていて、
生ハムやトリュフ、チョコレート等の、
素材の一つ一つにこだわった食材と、
出されるお酒に併せながら、
オーナーさんの話を肴にして、
ゆったりと時間が過ぎて行くような、
とても渋谷とは思えない落ち着くバーです。
夕方６時からオープンされていますが、
店内には時計がないので、
少し気を許すと終電に遅れてしまいそうになる程、
時間の流れが外界とは全く違うと言う感じです。
お酒は自分の好みを伝えて、
オーナーさんにお任せするのが一番だと思います。
聞いた事もないような、
素晴らしい銘酒が沢山あるようですので、
しばらくはビックリの連続が楽しめそうな、
オススメのバーです。
