(Visited in November 2013, sorry for the old review) ``[a:13100624, Donna Selvertica]'' is a bar located in Jinnan, Shibuya Ward. On this day, the three of us visited after enjoying soba and sake appetizers at nearby "[a:13129390, Tamasho]." This shop was opened in 2009 by Yukitaka Furuyashiki, who is also a first-class architect. The store's name, ``Donna Selvatica,'' is the name of the girl depicted on the label of Romano levi Grappa. Apparently it means "wild girl" in Italian. Table charge is 1000 yen (as of 2013). We do not offer cocktails, but you can mix soda and ginger ale. We have over 130 types of Cognac, Armagnac, Fine, Mar, 60 types of malt, and 40 types of Romano Levi (grappa). Apparently you can also enjoy cigars. More than 40 types of chocolate are available. From there, they will serve you a plate with 8 to 9 different types. Mr. Furuyashiki is a very classy and nice person. I'm excited by his soft demeanor, which makes me feel like he's a gentleman. Although there are table seats, we recommend sitting at the counter and enjoying alcohol and chocolate while listening to Mr. Furuyashiki's deep knowledge. My two companions, who can drink quite a lot, enjoyed strong drinks, while I had a sweet dessert wine. I received an assortment of chocolate plates with alcohol. For me, who was more of a consumer than I am now, this chocolate had a rich and deep flavor that I had never had before. Each one has a variety of sweetness, sourness, and bitterness, inviting you into a world of enchantment with each bite. When combined with alcohol, it becomes an even more unexplored world. The flavors melt together on a deep level and become one. The night I got a glimpse of the adult world. It's been four years since then, and I wonder if I've grown up a little. A nice bar that I would like to visit again if I have the chance.
