原宿駅を下車。
表参道口の改札を抜けて横断歩道を渡り右に曲がり、道なりに進んで銀だこを越えて左の細道を曲がって進んだ先の台湾茶カフェ。
台湾茶や台湾系の麺料理等や、わたあめを使ったスイーツがいただけます。
ジャニーズショップの隣の施設「原宿カスケード」入り口のお店なので判りやすい立地。
先会計システムなのに会計レジが1つしか設置されていないため注文待ちの行列が出来やすく、料理提供のスピードは1品づつ心を込めて調理しているとしか思えない超マイペースさである。

杏仁：今時のとろける杏仁豆腐タイプで、表面にお茶味と思われるソースがかかっています。
私がイメージしている杏仁豆腐とは違う風味でしたが、台湾で杏仁豆腐を食べるとこういうものなのでしょうか。
鉄観音茶：ウーロン茶なのに表面が泡立っており、泡が甘い。

表面にクリーミーな泡が乗っています。
飲む前に混ぜなかったせいか、飲んでいる最中はチーズらしさはよくわからなかった。
混ぜてから飲むべきなのでしょうか？
終盤の泡部分になると、あぁなるほどチーズだわ。
チーズの塩気とは別物の塩気とスイーツ系のチーズ味が口内に広がっていきます。
このドリンクは好みが分かれそうな気がします。
