60年以上、ファッションの街ミラノで愛され続けているピッツァです。
ミラノの老舗として知られ、地元民はもちろんのこと、世界中からの訪問者に愛されています。
ミラノでは行列という習慣がないにも関わらず、スポンティーニのピザを求めて人々が並ぶほど人気店！一時期、ミラノで一番美味しいピッツァって言われていました！
なので、日本でオープンした時は大変な話題になりました。
しかも、これが海外進出1号店だったので。
イタリアのピザと言えばなんといってもナポリピザが有名ですが、薄いのが特徴のナポリピザと違いSPONTINIのピッツァは、厚さ約3センチというボリュームたっぷりの見た目、生地はフワフワなのに底はカリカリという、2つの食感が楽しめます。
ぶ厚くモチモチの生地にモッツァレラチーズで覆ってあるシンプルなピザなのですが、めちゃくちゃ美味しい。
まさに病みつきになる美味しさです！
ふわっカリっの生地にとろ～り濃厚チーズ、
部分のカリカリ食感、厚さ約3センチというボリューム、ふっくらとした食感がたまりませんね。
ずっとずっと長く日本に居て欲しいです。(切実)
