トップには濃厚なトリュフアイスが乗ってて香りがたまらん
スミレとラベンダーの香り付けしたゼリーが一面に広がってます
ヨーグルトムースとオレオが交互に層となってました
口に入れると様々な香りが広がり全体的に爽やかですがやっぱりトリュフが際立ちます
カクテルはラベンダーカクテル
シャーベットが添えられててこれは薔薇のシャーベットでオシャン
