丸い容器に入ったStrawberryのカクテルは、
いちご、オレンジ、シナモン、オーガニックのハーブティー、ローズヒップ、ハイビスカス、ドライフルーツのリンゴ、レーズン、ミントを使用したお洒落カクテル
グラスの半分ぐらいまで入れて飲むのがオススメで、フルーツなどが抽出されて徐々に色が変わるんです
最初は、黄色、途中でオレンジ、最後はベリーの赤色に変化して、味や香りもその都度変わるのが楽しい、新しいスタイルのカクテルです︎ ̖́-

カクテルペアリングは、パフェと合わせて頼むことができ、パフェに合ったお酒を店員さんが用意して下さいます。
今回は、strawberryのパフェに合うお酒を注文。
スパークリングワインベースにクランベリーのつぶつぶのアイスが入っており、最後にアロマティックビターで香り付けのお酒を垂らしたもの♡
つぶつぶのアイスが程よい甘さで、スパークリングワインと相性抜群…！
またパフェのラム酒ともよく合い、最高のペアリングでした…

"Strawberry Truffee"は、ストロベリーとフランボワーズジャムを使用した逸品で、上にミルクアイスとトリュフを使った蜂蜜ソースで仕上げてあるパフェ´-
中にはラムのスポンジが入っており、オトナの贅沢パフェになっていました…☪︎ *.
またマスカルポーネチーズクリームも使用しているため、さっぱりといただけます、とっても美味しかったです

"Rose Pistachio"は、ピンク色のフランボワーズのムースやバラのゼリー、ホワイトチョコレートのクリームがそうになっているパフェ ̖́-
ピスタチオのアイスがバラのゼリーと相性が良く、食べ進めていくと味や食感が変わるので、最後まで楽しめました☁️
