友人に連れられて豚シャブコースを楽しみました。
肉盛りも美しいけど、それ以上に野菜盛りがすごい…見たことのない沢山の種類のキノコが入っていて、季節を感じました。
食べてももちろんおいしいし、2人なのに4人分くらい出てきて大盛り過ぎ！
そして豚肉と野菜から取れた黄金色にキラキラ輝く出汁で〆のうどんを。
いや、その前に自慢のオニギリも美味しかったなー。
その後残った出汁で雑炊まで作って、最後まで完璧に美味しかったです！
知り合い中心であまり積極的に新しい人が来ない？みたいだけど、普通に一元さんでも予約できますよー。
