しゃぶしゃぶが食べたいと友人に誘われて初訪問。
原宿駅至近距離、竹下通り近くでいながら、ぐるっと細い道を回り込んだ場所にあるせいか
人通りも少なく目立たず、よってとても静かで落ち着いた雰囲気のお店です。
4人がけのテーブルが5台。二人でしたので4人席でゆったりと。
壁には絵がたくさん飾られていて大人な雰囲気。
今回はお目当ての松葉蟹のコースはやってないとのことでアグー豚のしゃぶしゃぶを。
いただいたコース6600円
・前菜盛り合わせ
豆乳とからすみ
ごぼうのフライ
カモのローストクリームチーズをカナッペで
大根の酢漬け
・彩野菜
カリフラワー豆苗きのこ数種、プチトマトレタス長ネギ紅芯大根等
・アグー豚のしゃぶしゃぶ肉ロースとバラ肉
・こだわりおむすび
・デザート和菓子
しゃぶしゃぶ中心のコースですが、なにより野菜の種類と量が豊富でびっくり。
二人で食べきれるのか！？と思いましたが、結論余裕でした。
アグー豚は脂が甘くて甘くて～！自家製ポン酢でシンプルにいただくと
まったくくどさもなく、どんどん食べられるという・・。
その出汁がでたスープでしゃぶしゃぶする野菜は格別。
カリフラワーもトマトもあっという間にくたくたになり、美味しくいただけました。
最後にはスープで。
ランチにもおにぎりを提供しているようですが、しゃぶしゃぶの〆でも
好きなものをどうぞと言われ、明太子をセレクト。
ふんわりタイプのおにぎりでした！
最後はバラに見たてた華やかな和菓子でほっこり。
ドリンクはビール800円～。
今回は知多のハイボール1000円と白ワイン800円を。
しゃぶしゃぶは料理に水分が多い分、アルコールは進まないので2杯で終了。
一人8500円程度とリーズナブル。
この日は常連さんらしき方たちが二組いらしてました。
原宿にしてこの落ち着いた雰囲気のお店、探せばあるもんだなあとなりました！
