原宿駅竹下口からはすぐ。
ではあるのですが竹下通りから一歩裏手なので、歩いている人も僅か。
店内木を基調とした中にシャンデリアや茶道具などが飾られ、落ち着いた雰囲気で食事が楽しめます。
夜のコースはしゃぶしゃぶのみのよう。
本業は別で飲食がメインじゃないのかな。あまり利益を上げよう感が強くないように感じます。
５種類くらいの一口前菜がまず運ばれます。
味はどれも悪くないです。
アグー豚だというロース、バラ。
それよりも20種類は超えるであろうキノコ、野菜に目が奪われます。
女性はテンション上がりそうです↑
あとは好きな順番で好きな物をしゃぶしゃぶするだけ。
ポン酢、粗みじんの生姜、ネギにつけて食す。
アグーは薄めながら旨みがしっかりありますね。
美味しい。
ただ一つ。
この甘すぎるポン酢が勿体無いですねー。
甘い肉や野菜にはシャープなポン酢の方が圧倒的に合うと思うのですが。
〆はこだわりだと言うおにぎり。
６種類ほどの具から選択できます。
これはとにかく普通です、、
お米も普通、具も普通。
最後はおじやかうどんが良いと思うな。。
接客は感じが良いです。
この辺りの友人との会食に候補で上がるかな。
