土曜の夜。代々木公園から原宿駅に向かって歩く。
なにかのイヴェントがあるようで、すごい人混み。
それでも原宿駅を左手に見ながら、竹下通りを
越えると、急に人通りがまばらに。
当店の面する「オクハラ」の小路では、人影が
まったく途絶えてしまい、静かな住宅地のよう。
店内には、沢山の茶道具がディスプレイしてあり、
とてもアーティスティックな雰囲気。
店内に流れるのは、Eleanor Rigbyの女声による
カヴァー…
お手洗いには、谷川俊太郎の詩…
テーブルも大きい。サービスも気持ちがよい。
とても居心地がいい。
メインの豚しゃぶ。豚が美味しいのはもちろん、
野菜の彩り、豊富な種類、たっぷりとした盛りが
素晴らしい。鍋にたっぷりと張られた出汁の
風味も秀逸。
シメに大振りのフワッとした食感のおにぎり。
デザートになんと主菓子。原宿、表参道って
結構、和菓子の良店が多いですが、こちらは
どちらの店のものなのでしょうか。
伺うの忘れてしまいました。
原宿駅から3分くらいの場所なのに、驚くほど
静かでゆっくりとした食事が楽しめます。
