大人気の青山本店。格式ある店構え、数年前に改装したけど、銭湯をリノベーションした面影が残り風情がある。
1220頃に訪問、既に8人程並んでいる。これくらいなら何とかなる？と決断して待ち始めると、数分で列が20人くらいに！
それでも10分程で店内へ案内され、店内の待合でメニューを渡されて注文を決めてしばし待つ。3分ほどでカウンターに着席。
まずまず順調。
ヒレひとくちかつ定食ランチ@1100を注文。
先ずは鬼おろしとお茶が出てくる。カウンター越しのキビキビした無駄のない職人の作業を見ながら、5分〜8分程で定食が到着。
鬼おろし。ザクザクにおろした大根に鰹節。食感が良い、食欲をそそる。
味噌汁。岩海苔？の風味がたまらない。お代わり無料。追加料金で豚汁に変えられる。
漬物。塩味をおさえた白菜と大根、口直しというより 小鉢に近い量が嬉しい。
ヒレかつ。語るまでもなく美味しい。デパ地下にカツサンド店がたくさん出店しているので有り難みが薄れてしまったけど、やはりココは一級！
ご飯とキャベツのお代わり無料。
100円値上がりしたけど、コスパ抜群。
久しぶりに象徴的メニュー「箸で切れる黒豚かつ」を食べたくなった…。
1300頃に店を出ると 行列は無し。この時間帯が狙い目かも。

普段よりマシだけど一往復くらいの行列。カウンター席なら直ぐに座れそうなので入店。
ヒレかつ、イカフライ、黒豚メンチの盛り合わせの おすすめランチA@1,380を注文。もちろんご飯と味噌汁のお代わりOK。

名物の「箸で切れる黒豚カツ」とは違うと思うけど 十分に柔らかい！美味さを再確認。
イカフライ。
火の通し方が絶妙。プリプリの仕上がり！
メンチかつ。
普通なら胃もたれしがちだけど、脂がさっぱりしていてジューシー！
このクオリティでこの値段！
いつ、何を食べても美味しい！
次こそは、むかし銭湯だった 奥のテーブル席でゆっくりと…。
