平日昼過ぎで2名の待ち。すぐ入れてカウンターに案内される。
だるまそばを口頭で注文。
店内は広めで暗く、漆喰と木の造りで中華料理屋というより和食の雰囲気。
しばらくして、だるまそば到着。
具は別皿に盛られ、ラーメンは具なし状態で提供される。
まずは、そのままラーメンをいただく。
麺は平打ちのちぢれ麺で手打ちのようだ。つるりとした喉ごしや歯ごたえもあり、とても美味しい。
スープはシンプルな醤油だ。
ここで具をラーメンに投入。
具は、厚めのチャーシューを棒状にカットしたものはかみごたえがある、メンマ、白髪ねぎ、青菜、岩海苔。
和を感じるシンプルで麺が際立つラーメンだ。
ここは、ラーメン屋ではなく、中華料理屋なので他にもたくさんメニューがあり食べたくなる。
会計850円。ごちそうさまでした。
