表参道で午後一にお仕事がありまして、柄にもなくハイソ（死語？）な街でランチをすることに…
忘年会シーズン、ランチは抑えめにお願いしたいなと探していたところ、こちらが目に止まり、早速お邪魔してきました。
昔からやってる佇まい、店内も蕎麦屋を思わせるような作りですが、油を炒める薫りで充満してました。
高菜そば＋ライスを注文。
具と麺が別々になっている珍しいスタイル。
でも、この方が澄んだスープや味を楽しめるよね。
で、まずは高菜炒めをご飯に乗っけて、わしわしといただきます。
高菜の独特な風味もあり、食感ともに最高です。
ご飯が進むわー
で、半分ぐらい食べたところでラーメンに乗っけます。
スープは独特な風味の醤油ベース、麺は少し平打ち縮れ麺で喜多方ラーメンを思わせるラーメンでした。
高菜が食欲をそそり、あっという間に完食！
再訪したいお店でした。
