■お店情報
久しぶりに【おひつ膳 田んぼ】にきた。
代々木の本店は訪問済みだが、今回は表参道店のディナーで訪問。
1番人気であろう鮭いくらおひつ膳を注文。
今日は宮城県ササニシキのお米。
15分程で到着。
おひつの上に鮭のほぐし身、いくらがのっている。ご飯はさすがにおいしい。
鮭は所々骨が残っているところが残念。特におひつにのっているからこだわってほしい。
ストレスなく食べたいね。
鮭もそこまでおいしい鮭ではなかった。
お茶漬けも鮭いくらに合わない気がする。
そして、味噌汁。なめこが大きく量が入っているところまでは優秀。
ただ、ぬるいし、この定食なら赤味噌の味噌汁な気がする。上品さがかけるな。
かつおは香ばしくて美味しかった。
2400円も払うのだからもう少しご飯以外にもこだわりが欲しいかな。接客はかなりいいから頑張って欲しい。
