茅ヶ崎在住で南青山でスーツ屋さんを営んでいらっしゃる方のお店で久しぶりにスーツ購入の後、折角なのでお店開拓。
どうやらモツァレラを自家製してるお店みたいです。クラフトビールも美味しそうです。
ランチセット1980円は
①サラダorカプレーゼ→カプレーゼ
②パスタorピッツァ→ピッツァ
③飲み物→エスプレッソ
を選択。
そしてもちろんクラフトビール1100円も。
で、そのクラフトビールが想像以上に美味しい。
苦すぎず、旨みたっぷり。
ちょっと高かったけど頼んで良かった〜
カプレーゼのモツァレラはしっかりした固さ。
塩とオリーブオイルで良いツマミになってます。
バジルの香りもgood。
ピッツァも最初はその大きさにビックリ。
味もなかなか良い。
グラスワインは700円くらいのと900円くらいの2つが基本らしい。あとバローロも1500円でありますと言われたけど900円の奴で。
コチラもなかなか良い。
デザートも申し分なく、会計は4015円。
とても良いお店でした。
