表参道で刺身や炉端焼き食べたいなと思ったら立ち寄る良店。
今回でランチ含め5回目くらいでしょうか。ふと立ち寄ってしまう魅力のある炉端焼き。今は寒鰤が最高です。締めの茶漬けも良かったー。
着席すると女性スタッフからおすすめを言われいくつか注文。おすすめを言ってくれるのはすごく助かる。
注文が入ってから串に刺し、じっくりと炉端で焼き上げる。魚達は外カリ中フワで楽しめます。炉端焼きは時間かかるので、先に注文したほうが吉。
次第に目がショボショボしてきますがそれは仕方ないでしょう。
