お土産で頂いたので通常外利用。
こちらのお店は以前に自分で利用したことはあったのですが、今回のようにお土産で頂いたのは初めて。
最中をいただきましたが、今まで食べたことあるようでなかった最中でした。
理由は餡にふんだんに小豆が使ってあること。
もちろん最中でも粒あんであれば小豆を使うのですが、こちらの最中は小豆がほぼそのまま入っており、印象的な味わいと舌触り。
その小豆も丁寧に煮てあるようで、硬さはなく、不思議な感覚でした。
甘さはやや強めに作られており、今まで食べてきた最中とはどこか異なる感想を持ちました。
