表参道駅から徒歩数分、骨董通りに入ってすぐのビルの地下1階にあるお店。
今回は予約はしていなかったので、事前で電話確認して席を確保。
店の入口は扉が低い作りになっていてしゃがみながらドアを開けます。
なんか秘密基地に入るみたいな感じになりますｗ
中はコの字型のカウンターがあり、黒を基調とした店内で少し照明も暗めでなんとなーくスナックっぽい雰囲気もあるような。
でもふらっと1人で行っても全然問題ない感じでした。
とりあえずメニューを開いてみると、鶏は信玄鶏と日向鶏を使用しているようです。
コースメニューとかはなく、アラカルトで注文。
今回は、以下のメニューを注文
まずは、お通しでマカロニサラダと大根おろしが出てきました。
・砂肝
・皮付正肉
・ヤゲン軟骨
・皮
・レバー
・うずら
・椎茸
・ささみタルタル
・ハツ
それぞれポーションは大きめ、火入れはしっかり目な感じで、なかなか食べ応えはあります。
ちょっと皮は焼き過ぎな感じがしたけど、レバーなんかはいい感じの火入れで中はプルンとしてました。
面白かったのはささみタルタル！シッカリ系のタルタルが乗って出てくるのかと想像していたら、ゆるめタルタルにまみれて出てきました。
ふらっと行って、飲みながらかるーくつまんでって感じが良さそうなお店でした。
