お昼ごはん
■神戸牛ハンバーグランチ150g ¥1,800（税込）
1975年オープンの表参道の鉄板焼き店『リトル リマ』。寺門ジモン氏の『取材拒否の店』でも紹介されたことのあるお店です。その時は、夜のコースにでる、〆のピラフをメインに紹介されていた記憶。。。
夜は客単価2万円の高級店ですが、お昼はリーズナブルなハンバーグランチがあり。ハンバーグの3段階のグラム数に応じて、値段が変動するシステム。選んだのは、最安値の150g。それでも¥1800なのでいいお値段。
それもそのはず。ハンバーグは、神戸牛のステーキ肉を100%使用しているそう。ミンチは細かいながらも、お肉の旨みを感じる仕上がり。継ぎ足しのデミグラスソースは、赤ワインの風味豊かなクラシックタイプ。付け合わせは、ボイルした人参と、きゅうりのピクルス、そしてポテサラ。味噌汁も付きます。ごはんはお上品サイズで、成人男性は物足りない量。
¥1800というランチの値段を考えると、気軽には行けないし、物足りなさは否めません。
