南青山の骨董通り沿いの地下にあるこちらは神戸牛をメインに扱うお店でディナーであれば万単位のお代がかかるけれど、ランチは神戸牛のハンバーグを¥2,000からと非常に良心的。
150g、200g、300gと選べ、値段はそれぞれ¥2,000、¥2,200、¥2,800という価格設定。
この日は150gをチョイス。
ふっくらジューシーというよりかは肉の味が濃くて噛み応えのあるハンバーグには20年間継ぎ足してきたデミグラスソースがかかっていてとてもご飯に合う！ライスの炊き加減も最高。
ポテサラ、人参のグラッセ、ピクルスが添えられ、味噌汁まで付いてくる。このクオリティで¥2,000は安い！
