肉質はさすが！
タレは甘さ控えめでお肉の味を引き立たせる感じ。
トリュフすき焼きは最高の美味しさでした。
お肉を黒トリュフをたっぷり削った生卵につけて食べた後、少量のライスと一緒に卵かけご飯にして食べるのは最高でした。
美味しく頂きました。
ごちそうさまでした。
