食べログaward2023ブロンズ、焼肉百名店2023に選ばれているお店。
場所は表参道駅から徒歩10分ほど。
住宅が立ち並ぶ静かな場所で地下1階にあります。
名物トリュフすきやきコース
・キムチ、ナムル
・冷製3種盛り合わせ
・塩焼肉3種(厚切りタン、ハツ、肩ロース)
・タレ焼肉2種(ツチノコ、シンシン)
・ハチノスのお吸い物
・A5和牛のとろける握り
・シルクロース
・サーロインをおろしポン酢で
・トリュフすき焼き
・阿波の手延べそうめん
・かき氷(ほうじ茶)
最初に内臓系、レアでも大丈夫かを聞かれます。
今回はコースで単品の追加はしませんでした。
店員さんは焼いている最中も焼く時間が決まっているのか席を離れてくれます。
お店の代名詞シルクロースはとろけるおいしさで個人的な好みとしてはシャトーブリアンよりもおいしかったです。
肉寿司にザブトンとどれもきれいなお肉でした。
どれも最高の焼き加減と丁寧な接客を提供していただきました。
次は一番いいコースにしたいと思います。
