よろにくは何回か来させて頂いてますが、今回はたまたまサクッと予約が取れたため来店。
何度来ても、「自分という人間が来ていいのか」「金持ちは週一くらいできてるのか」と思ってしまうお店。そして案の定、外国のお金持ちっぽい方々多数。
お目当てはシャドーではありますが、今回は印象に残った2品だけ備忘的に記載。おれの中では、結局ツチノコが一番かもしれない。
・しんしん
甘いタレで。霜降っているが、脂は強くなくシャトーブリアンのような贅沢感&さっぱり感。
・ツチノコ
しんしんと似てるが、とにかく分厚い。口いっぱいに広がる、その贅沢感、満足感、愉悦感たるやハンパない！
